Senior SDA Engagement Coordinator
Are you a compassionate and motivated individual with at least 2-5 years' experience in the disability or community sector? Do you have a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and supporting people to find their forever homes in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)? If so, we want to hear from you!
As our Senior SDA Engagement Coordinator, you'll play a leading role in championing our purpose of empowering people to live their best life by:
- Connecting people with their future homes: Nesti is all about bringing opportunity home. This role is all about matching the right person with the right home and ensuring our SDA homes are always tenanted.
- Offering Expert Guidance: Provide comprehensive support to individuals exploring SDA options.
- Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate a smooth transition for new tenants to move into their new homes.
- Superior Customer Service: Deliver ongoing support and ensure a positive experience throughout the tenancy.
- Empowered Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of SDA Engagement Coordinator(s).
- Collaboration is Key: Work closely with SIL providers, Developers, Landlords Marketing, Property Managers, and other members of the Nesti team.

Essential Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the disability or community sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS and supporting people with disability.
- Experience as a senior team member with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- High degree of motivation, energy, initiative, and commitment.
- Proficient in word processing and computing skills within Windows systems, Microsoft Office and data management systems.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA )
- Experience with and understanding of NDIS funding.
- General understanding of the housing sector or property management.
Additional Information:
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
- Current Australian driver's license required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
