Service Advisor - Automotive Dealership
Key Selection Criteria:
- Extensive experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional presentation and courteous phone manner.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Friendly, cooperative, and a strong team player.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Personable and comfortable engaging with customers on a daily basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to service customers.
- Perform driveway service check-ins efficiently.
- Handle estimation and telephone inquiries and sales.
- Create and process repair orders.
- Generate accurate invoices and reports for service customers.
- Monitor service times to ensure timely completion of vehicles.
