Mighty Mentors is excited to find our newest team member that will commence on a Part-time basis,15 hours per week between 9am to 3pm (must be the same times every day).

Essential Criteria:
- Must be able to work in a person-centred approach, valuing and respecting others, able to think outside the box and are great at conflict resolution and problem solving.
- Easily adapt to continual changes as Mighty Mentors actively implement continuous improvements.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Experience in managing staff and can demonstrate strong Leadership skills, including providing Supervision.
- It is essential you have experience and a strong knowledge of NDIS.
- Experience in creating Quotes, Service Agreements, writing Support Plans and Progress Reports.
- Adhering to company’s policies and procedures.
- Experience in completing Home Risk Assessments.
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite including word and excel.
- Excel in oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy and experience using systems to report and document Participant information.
- Demonstrate a high level of privacy and confidentiality.
- Essential you must be able to work remotely, autonomously, independently, meet KPIs and be able to keep up with high demands of your allocated caseload once this part of the role is required to step into.
- Must be able to prioritize, practice good time management and problem-solving skills.
