About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing and delivering the service function throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. The role also involves commissioning and finalising jobs on-site as well as some supervision of the Tech Installation team as required.
Our office is based in Loganholme, however most work is in Brisbane area or Gold Coast. Occasional work as far as Byron Bay or Sunshine coast.
About you
This role is suited to someone adaptable, who has 5+ years' experience in the electronic security industry and is a go-getter, someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to positive outcomes. To be successful in this role you will also need to be flexible so that you can adapt to the evolving needs of the job and our clients.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the project management & Service team to ensure successful service delivery.
- Assisting with supervising others in the team as required
- Ensuring WHS standards, policies and procedures are maintained at all times.
- Utilising SIMPRO and MONDAY.com where required.
- Interpret floor plans, schematics and product manuals where required.
- Prevent, de-escalate and resolve site issues.
- Rough-in & cabling where required.
- Fit off of equipment (e.g. handsets, card readers, cameras, rex buttons)
- Programming and commissioning CCTV, Intercom & Access Control
- Completing variations once approved.
- Troubleshooting and repairing faults.
- Follow company standards.
- Reporting as required.
