This opportunity will see you working on a wide range of commercial and professional audio solutions. Products include mixers, speakers, amplifiers, paging solutions, wireless/wired/infrared microphones, portable multifunctional wireless amplifiers, gooseneck conference microphones and UHF/2.4GHz digital tour guide. Brands include Australian Monitor, JTS and Chaiyo.
The position reports directly to the Service & Support Manager and will liaise with Technical Customer Support and the Spare Parts Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of electronic technical diagnosis and repair to goods within the product portfolio to component level
- Testing of new products and liaising with the Service & Support Manager in relation to faults and design errors
- Liaise with Technical Customer Support in regard ongoing technical information to support end users
- Liaise with the Spare Parts Coordinator in relation to parts requirements for products
- Some direct customer liaison is required
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role for 3 years
- High level of technical aptitude and ability to complete administrative tasks
- High level of problem solving skills and ability to multi task on multiple projects
- High level of proven customer service skills
