In this newly created role, the key focus is the implementation, establishment, execution, measurement and continual improvement of HR Service Delivery including HR Case Management, through the delivery of an effective and optimised tool set that is robust and supported.
This role is responsible for the entire HR Service Delivery software development lifecycle - to analyse the needs, and then design, test and develop software in order to meet them. This empowers a service focused Tech team to consistently provide the best possible service to all customers. Additionally, the Senior ServiceNow Developer will provide mentorship and leadership to team members.
ServiceNow Development:
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise
Integration and Automation:
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
- Implement automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow
Platform Maintenance:
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and performance tuning
- Monitor system health and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime
- Stay informed about ServiceNow best practices and recommend optimisations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow HR Case Management (HRCM) in an Enterprise environment Experience providing excellent customer service through ITSM toolset delivery
- Significant experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on platform customization, configuration and integration
- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other modules
- Proven ability to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions
