Employee - Base Salary & Commissions:

Contractor - Commissions Only:

• For those who prefer a performance-driven compensation structure, we have a Contractor position available.

What we're looking for:

• You have a minimum of 2 years home lending experience.
• You have a minimum certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• You have a passion for helping our customers and delivering a positive and memorable service.
• You possess the skills to manage and maintain customer relationship, a large portion of our data base is repeat or referral business.
• You have the ability to generation leads through your own network.
• You understand and can meet the requirements of responsible lending obligations and BID requirements.
• You want to work in an environment where your experience, integrity and professionalism is appreciated, respected, and rewarded.
