DT Infrastructure have been awarded the contract to Design, Construction and Commission the Rail maintenance facility and stabling yards at Ormeau, in the Gold Coast region.

About the Role

Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will be tasked with the responsibility for the successful delivery and services management for the project which will include but not limited to subcontractor management as well as all stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, execution, commissioning, and handover of all services (in ground & above ground), including building work, irrespective of procurement method of delivery.
• Managing the systems and process to ensure all services are installed, commissioned & tested in accordance with all local regulatory requirements in addition to the DT Infrastructure management process.
• Responsible for all third party (service providers) engagement and management during the delivery of the project

About You:

• You must have an Engineering, or relevant related qualifications.
• Minimum of 10 plus years of experience post degree.
• Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of our policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as relevant legislation.
• Project Management and its application within a construction organisation and understand the importance and requirement to complete projects to time, budget, and quality parameters.
• Leadership skills will also be key as will a passion for customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality, and sustainability, along with the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature. Both are key with engaging with multiple internal, external and client stakeholder groups.
• Proven experience in technical management through all project delivery phases. Minimum 5 years.
• Strong understanding of all aspects project delivery, including contractual structures and management.
• Experience with end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure projects including operator involvement and whole-of-life considerations through design and delivery into operations.
• Proven leader, managing a project team within a large infrastructure project/program.
