About the Opportunity
Mastermyne's long term project at Moranbah North is seeking a Senior Site Administratorto join the team. This project is well known for living out the behaviours that reflect our culture - The Mastermyne Way.
As the Senior Site Administrator, you will require experience in managing complex contracts and finance functions including KPI & budget management, invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable and debtor management, along with broader site administration duties. Exceptional attention to detail and your proven ability to engage and influence internal and external clients, colleagues and suppliers will be critical for your success in this role.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be an energetic team player and possess the following skills and attributes:
- High level consultative, analytical and proactive problem solving skills;
- Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent numerical and written communication skills;
- Ability to own multiple projects with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results;
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite along with exposure to ERP systems. Pronto experience highly desirable but not essential;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Qualification in Accounting or Business (desirable).
