Senior Site Contracts Manager

Senior Site Contracts Manager - 12 Month Contract. Any Australia Location considered. 

Are you a Regulatory and Start Up Specialist who loves Clinical contract negotiation and budget control? Then join our dedicated Sponsor team to become a subject matter expert for Local ANZ sites. 

This position can be based anywhere in Australia, all locations considered for the right candidate. Please only apply for this position if you currently hold full Australian Work rights. We can not consider Sponsorship for this role. 

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Local site negotiations of clinical agreements and budgets
• Preparation of study and country specific contract templates and budget negotiation parameters
• Risk mitigation and recommendations for shorter negotiation timelines
• Subject matter expert for study team and sponsor on negotiations in responsible countries
• Strong experience in communicating and explaining legal/ budgetary issues to internal and external parties per department guidelines

It is essential that you have successfully completed a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and have a minimum 2 years' in Clinical Research or Site Start-up within a CRO/ Pharmaceutical company, ideally within Australia/ New Zealand.

To be considered you must also be able to demonstrate the following:

• In-depth knowledge of clinical systems, procedures, and corporate standards.
• Good negotiating and communication skills with ability to challenge, if applicable.
• Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, including local regulations, SOPs and company’s Corporate Standards.
• Understanding of regulated clinical trial environment and knowledge of drug development process.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
