The Builder
  
You will be working with one of the most highly regarded commercial builders in Melbourne; highly profitable, a strong supportive culture and an emphasis on training and developing all employees. 

Most projects sit within the range of $15M - $40M - your role as Senior Site Manager will be to deliver their larger community and public sector building projects they're awarded - those valued over $25M.  These types of projects often carry a bit of local attention (social media, local politicians etc) and sometimes receive visits from prominent local community leadership groups - you will need to feel comfortable/confident dealing with these types of distractions on your Site.

Do you meet these criteria?

We are seeking experienced Site Managers who:

• Have a demonstratable history of delivering projects above $20Million
• Have delivered multiple projects, from commencement to completion
• Currently work within Melbourne's Tier 2 or Tier 3 building space (for a head contractor)
• Are experienced with a variety types of building project
• Drive the project deliverables, take responsibility for progress, and find solutions to problems.
