Senior Site Manager

SAW Constructions is a leading construction company specialising in medium density projects. We pride ourselves on our strong company culture, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth. We have a strong pipeline of projects commencing construction in the West and Northern Corridors of Melbourne. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Site Manager to lead our team in the development of a medium density site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in construction management to make a significant impact on an exciting project.

What do you do?

• Efficiently manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget.
• Lead and supervise the site team, including subcontractors and trades, to achieve high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
• Oversee safety procedures and ensuring strict adherence to QA & OHS&E compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and internal staff to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

What do you need?

• At least 5 years of experience in medium density residential site management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• People management and customer liaison ability
• Proven experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
