Responsibilities and Duties

• Create, manage, and optimise Ad campaigns across all channels (mainly Facebook, IG) fitting our clients’ needs
• Run comparative A/B tests for creatives, copy, and different ad-buying techniques
• Analyse and interpret data to draw insights and provide in-depth reporting for clients
• Manage, monitor, and maintain all Social Media accounts including scheduling of posts across all platforms and community management.
• Manage clients by meeting their expectations in terms of strategy/project development, timelines, and results
• Collaborate on client strategy and goal definition for success
• Work and communicate effectively with clients and management on requirements, tasks and resources associated to Social Media
• Provide high quality customer service to all clients

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2+ years' experience working across branding, digital, Social Media, ideally with a digital marketing agency
• In-depth and thorough knowledge of Meta, including troubleshooting.
• Experienced in handling multiple clients
• High attention to detail, with exceptional communication skills that contribute to efficient project execution.
• The ability to use design to solve problems and communicate ideas.
• Must be self-motivated, creative and hard working
• Ability to work as part of a team, take direction and work autonomously towards deadlines
