AddressWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Java to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, design and maintain high-volume and low-latency Java-based applications, and translate application storyboards into functional applications.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Design, implement, and maintain high-volume and low-latency Java-based applications
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Work on a new project, specifically building and launching a new micro-service
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- 8+ years of experience as a Java developer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Java
- Proficient understanding and working knowledge of SQL
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in managing and monitoring AWS services, particularly EC2 and RDS
- Passion for collaboration, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills
