Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer with over 5 + years of Software Engineering experience to join their innovative team. As a Staff Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge security solutions while embracing the challenges and opportunities presented by our dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently tackle ambiguous problems and drive the development of large-scale systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in frontend, backend, and LLMs (Low-Level Mechanisms).
- Build integrations with platforms such as GitHub, Atlassian Products, and Slack.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end and actively contribute to the enhancement of our product suite.
- Facilitate company hackathons, onboard new hires, and tackle complex engineering projects with enthusiasm.
- 5 + years of Software Engineering experience with a focus on security.
- Proven ability to reason about performance and reliability while delivering high-quality code.
- Experience in building integrations with GitHub, Atlassian Products, and Slack is advantageous.
- Startup experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in context switching between coding, customer conversations, architecture discussions, and interviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for tackling challenging engineering problems.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and deliver results under intense deadlines.
