About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide operations and analytical support & development (on call including weekends) to LMS (Loyalty Management System) and its integrated components
You will also contribute to creating a team culture that elicits a high-performing team and a fun working environment.
We are open to candidates based anywhere Australia wide.
You have:
2+ years support experience in a complex environment comprising multiple systems and integration partners.
Experience supporting business applications
Ability in using scripting and/or software development to achieve integrations or repetitive tasks.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of operational environment and processes.
Proven ability to diagnose, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate incidents,
Ability to utilise best practice service management approaches such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
