Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of operational management, team leadership, guest journey/ brand standards, financial management and business acumen within back of house operations.
Supported by the Executive Chef, you will work with your team to achieve daily deliverables and big picture targets whilst creating a flawless dining atmosphere and ensuring an outstanding culinary experience with a driven team.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef position
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met
- Availability for a 7 day rotating roster (hours are shared depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts)
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals
- A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business
- Experience in a premium dining restaurant or luxury hotel
