We have a position available for an enthusiastic Senior Sous Chef to join our team and support a multi-talented team in our Birdie Restaurant kitchen and hit the ground running to live up to the culture and values of Clublinks.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Senior Sous Chef will assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the kitchen whilst supporting and mentoring other team members on site to ensure the production of high-quality food for all hospitality outlets at Birdie Restaurant and Links Kennedy Bay.
About you
Ideally you possess some spunk, have exceptional communication skills, meet all our values, and have a good spread of working hours availability. In addition to these key attributes, you will have the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Essential
- 3 + proven years’ experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality, Entertainment and/or Recreation industries.
- Cert IV Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisor
- Exceptional leadership skills including a proven track record of developing high performing teams, mentoring and coaching
- Proven track record of working in a high paced, active F&B environment and delivering exceptional results
- Creativity and a passion for the role and desire to succeed
- Solid financial and business acumen
- Proven experience in rostering and stocktaking
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- First Aid & National Police Check
