Great, here's what E80 Group can offer you to help you to thrive.We are looking for a Senior Spare Parts Specialist to join our Supply Chain Customer Service Department, which in E80 Group deals with managing the supply of Spare Parts for installed systems.Responsibilities

• Support the customer in the identification of the spare part/s needed.
• Manage all the procedures from the customer's request to the delivery of the component (processing the offers, entering the sales orders into the management system, manage order confirmations and delivery times, etc.).
• Manage any consignment stock.
• Manage Spare Parts warranties.
• Manage any material returned following intervention and repair work for customers.
• Manage the local Spare Parts stock.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Spare Parts management.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Very good communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written); knowledge of Italian language will be considered a plus.
• Working experience on SAP ERP and SAGE ERP will be considered a plus.
