About the Role
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Speech Pathology clinical services to patients/consumers in a community or residential care setting within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Participating in and assisting with the development of relevant quality and research initiatives in conjunction with the senior staff
- To provide supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
- Manage an allocated community-based workload to deliver Speech Pathology services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
