Key Responsibilities:
Opening and Closing: Ensure smooth operations by opening and closing the facility as per schedule.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families visiting our playcentre.
Rostering: Efficiently schedule staff to meet operational needs while maintaining a positive work environment.
Ordering and Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
Staff Training and Management: Train new Staff Members and provide ongoing support and guidance. Foster a cohesive team environment.
Cooking: Prepare and serve a variety of food items in accordance with health and safety standards.
Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the Service Station and playcentre.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within a Service Station, playcentre, or similar environment in adventageous, but not essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organizational skills with attention to detail in rostering, ordering, and stock control.
Knowledge of food handling and preparation (relevant certifications preferred).
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
