We are a family owned and operated business established in 2006, providing support to people of all ages, disabilities as well as the aged care and rehabilitation community for the past 17 years now. The Role
The Senior Store Leader will be responsible for the overall success of our one of our Gold coast or Northern Rivers store and you will be accountable for supporting, motivating and inspiring a team of retail professionals to achieve their sales targets, identifying and maximising opportunities, whilst setting the example in providing excellence in customer service. You will be expected to have a strong presence on the retail floor educating and influencing the stores team, so enjoying this environment is key. With the support and guidance of the owners, you will nurture and develop your team to build on their excellent work to date.
You are
The successful candidate will be a highly competent leader who will confidently coach the team to provide an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading retailer is highly desirable. We look for people who demonstrate the ability to apply our company core values of Pride, Passion and Performance every day in their role.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous 3-5 years store management experience leading a team of 5+.
- Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in store.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing business needs (quick learner).
- Strong communication skills, in order to establish and coach a high performing team.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a contagious enthusiasm for the product and core values.
- The skills to inspire a high performing team to beat their targets and provide world class service.
- Multi-site management and leadership will be a strong advantage
