YOUR MISSION
- Provide leadership to your retail team, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales and KPI's
- Develop team members through training and coaching to ensure consistently high standards of customer experience
- Achieve or exceed all inventory and shrinkage goals; oversee and manage physical inventory counts
- Ensure execution and maintenance of all visual directives
- Maintain physical condition of Store according to relevant guidelines
YOUR TALENT
- Strong passion and understanding of our PUMA brand!
- Leadership experience in a customer focused and service-oriented retail environment with proven results exceeding sales while meeting payroll goals
- Ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain talented associates as well as teams
- Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication, including presenting to large groups
- Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills, organizational and time management skills
