The successful candidate MUST HAVE strata experience, their certificate/ licence and an uncompromising commitment to customer service.
The Role
- Liaise with owners, committees, agents, tradespeople, solicitors, etc
- Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
- Prepare budgets and financial statements
- Prepare condition reports on buildings and conduct regular site visits
- Lodge and oversee insurance claims through to completion
- Chair annual general meetings, committee meetings & special general meetings
- Prepare for and host Annual General Meetings, including action of items arising from the meetings
- Investigate and arrange for the collection of outstanding contributions
- Answer phone calls, attend to email enquiries, deal with face to face enquiries;
Skills Required & Experience
- MUST HAVE strata experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with a wide variety of people.
- Flexibility, time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Accuracy, attention to detail & problem solving skills
- Demonstrated Initiative, negotiation and problem solving ability.
- Sound knowledge & understanding of the industry
- Ability to adapt to fast paced work environment
- Highly motivated team member
- Paying up to $130k+ scheduled B’s
