About the role
As Strata Manager, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining robust relationships with owners and key stakeholders. Supported by Neighbourly's specialist teams, you will draw on your extensive strata knowledge and skills to ensure excellent and proactive management of your portfolio.
About you
- 4+ years strata management experience
- Relationship builder and loved by your customers
- Energetic, enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude
- A problem solver and attentive to details
- Well-presented and professional
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- A team player with a friendly co-operative nature
- Empathetic, with a natural desire to want to help people
- Tech savvy, with a knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- A continuous desire to learn and grow
