We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Drafter to join our team. As a Senior Structural Drafter, you will play a critical role in the development of comprehensive design and construction documentation for a variety of projects. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in producing accurate and precise structural drawings that adhere to industry standards and project requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers, clients and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, and sections using industry-standard drafting software (Revit, AutoCAD etc.).
• Interpret and incorporate design changes and revisions provided by project leads.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to relevant codes, regulations, and standards in all drafting deliverables.
• Review and verify accuracy of drawings for quality control purposes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of drafting systems and protocols. 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and provide technical support.
• Contribute to the professional development and mentoring of developing Structural Drafters.

• Proven experience as a Senior Structural Drafter, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successfully completed projects (10+ years of experience in a similar role).
• Proficiency in industry-standard drafting software (Revit, AutoCAD etc.).
• Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of the drawing and model production on projects. 
• BIM (Building Information Modelling) coordination experience (Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) is a plus.
