Senior Structural Engineer

Position Summary: They are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Bendigo. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for delivering high-quality Structural Engineering solutions. The role involves providing technical expertise, leadership, and mentorship, while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the continuous improvement and growth of the business.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
• Registration on Engineers Australia’s National Engineering Register.
• Proven experience as a Building Certifier of residential buildings.
• Familiarity with Australian Standard Design Codes of Practice.
• Proficiency in typical residential structural design and documentation suitable for the current market.
• Some site experience with a practical attitude towards solving construction-related problems.
• Competency with 3D structural analysis software.
• Proactive problem-solving capability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Honest, trustworthy, and culturally aware.

Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000/annum + a $5000 sign on/relocation BONUS!!
