Their team plays a key role in providing innovative solutions to clients around the world, helping them optimize their operations and major projects. Due to their long history of successfully delivering projects, they have continued to develop their ongoing pipeline of work and have a busy future ahead.
Currently, they are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team here in Perth. You will be working on a global, benchmark renewables project which grants the opportunity to work on some unique scopes. Now that the project has moved to the bulk of the design phase, they are looking to expand their team further and require this role to be filled as soon as possible.
On offer is a long-term opportunity with a solid pipeline of work to keep you busy. Flexible working options are also available to candidates and may include flexible hours or working from home. Our client has not set a rate as they have found their rate bandings to be inapplicable in recent months (often paying more than market for the right candidates). Because of this, our client is, most importantly, looking for the right experience.
What you will have:
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Bachelor of civil/Structural Engineering.
- Over 9 years’ engineering experience in relevant industries.
- The ability to merge with an already existing team – as well as the ability to work independently when required.
- Sound knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office suite and different 3D model viewers.
- Experience working in a team with a diverse background.
- Familiarity with Australian design codes such as AS3600, AS4100, and AS1170.
- Proficiency in using software such as 365 suite as well as other software designed for collaboration.
- Previous experience with performing site inspections will be advantageous.
