The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate good industry experience across the Energy and Resources sector.
About you:
- You are a Senior Structural Engineer ideally with Chartership status or working towards Chartership
- You have experience in the delivery of Structural Engineering services within the Australian energy and resources industry, specifically on-shore oil and gas projects
- Demonstrated experience with Space Gass
- You are a strong communicator and respectful of your peers
- You have strong analytical and technical report writing skills

Apart from working with a great group of people, you will be accountable for:
- The Structural Engineering outcomes in conceptual design, front end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and operations whilst ensuring regulatory compliance
- Developing innovative solutions through the application of engineering knowledge and judgement, including, concrete supports, structures, skid design and structural design principles
- Structural construction scopes of work
- Assisting with growing the team and developing engineers and designers
- Reviewing analysis models and calculations
- Carrying out complex structural analysis
- Preparing and reviewing assessment reports
- Key client relationship management and growing the client base
- Leading bids and proposals
