They have a long established presence in the Brisbane market and have growing civil and structural divisions based in brand new modern offices in the CBD.
There flat structure allows them to be free of politics and red tape and are able to be nimble and adaptable to a changing marketplace.
The role
Due to growth within the business, they are currently searching for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join structures team as a Team Leader and play a key role in the office.
You will play an important role within a large team, help to deliver projects, develop and existing client base and manage a team of 4. This would be the ideal role for an experienced Senior Engineer who is frustrated in their current role and who wants to contribute at a strategic level.
With full support of the larger team and Section Lead, this role is perfect for an ambitious Senior level Engineer
The requirements
- Chartered status
- 8yrs + experience in building structures
- Knowledge and experience of the QLD market essential
- RPEQ essential
- Exposure to people management is preferred
- Client development experience
