The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Student Experience Coordinator to lead student services, ensuring operational excellence and support for Arts students and staff. Responsibilities include overseeing various initiatives such as Orientation, academic guidance, and retention programs, while also offering hands-on assistance for complex student concerns.
As the successful candidate, you'll demonstrate expertise in program administration, project management, and customer service excellence. Your strong planning, communication, and leadership skills will be key in managing relationships and solving complex issues.
