The South West Gateway Alliance (SWGA), comprising of Main Roads, Acciona, NRW Contracting, MACA Civil, AECOM and Aurecon, is delivering the $1.25 billion Bunbury Outer Ring Road project. SWGA will design and construct 27 kilometres of rural highway and local government roads from Forrest Highway near Australind to Bussell Highway, South of Bunbury. The project is forecast for completion in 2024.
Significant local employment and business opportunities will be generated within the South West region and as a result, we are looking to recruit an experienced, Senior Supervisor.

What we are looking for:
Reporting to our Superintendent, these positions will require you to:
- Work with and manage a broad range of local subcontractors including local suppliers.
- Interface with our discipline leads including the roads, earthworks, bridges, and services teams.
- Lead a direct workforce and oversee our subcontractors to ensure the delivery of our works in a safe and timely manner.
- Embody and lead a culture of safety first.
- Support our project commitments around coaching, mentoring and people development.
- Manage project planning with respect to people, plant, and resources.
- Assist with quality management including all necessary documentation.
- Work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and local community groups to achieve a best for project and best for community outcome.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity ideally within the construction and/or resource sector.
- Roads and Bulk Earthworks experience is highly regarded.
- Ability to work collaboratively and positively with a range of internal customers and external suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve.
- Proven communicator who can lead, train and influence positive those around them.
- Strong communicator who can lead and influence to achieve collaborative outcomes.
