Senior Supply And Distribution Manager

The Supply and Distribution Manager is a central leader within the organization who reports directly through to the Company Director. This role is responsible for:

• Strategically managing the supply side of the organization in compliance with the company's policies and vision
• Experience with Precast Products for building/ construction/mining and housing industries.
• Sourcing and supply high quality materials and accessories from local and overseas.
• Ensure Pricing and Lead Time within budget whilst also managing the suppliers efficiency
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with Suppliers, Manage Relationship with Supplier Networks
• Monitor, improve and develop existing and new systems and procedures for the projection, monitoring, purchasing and storage of inventory and non-inventory items mainly from overseas suppliers.
• Maintain an active process for measuring supply inventory and determine supply needs based on order and stock requirements, stock control and inventory management.
• Supply and Distribution is nationwide therefore the manager will need to be able to work at branches at multiple inter-state locations.
• Liasing with other departments and customers concerning requirements for Outward goods and associated forwarding transportation. 
• Must be MBA and PMP accredited
