It is at the heart of everything we do.About the RoleThe Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating a suite of project plans to schedule project milestones, workstreams and activities in each project, defining objectives, roles and responsibilities, ensuring optimal resourcing and budget management. Stakeholder liaison, providing timely and accurate reporting and active problem solving in the digital development sphere is a must. The position will support senior management in promoting the core values and achievements of the College to the full range of internal and external stakeholders.About YouTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- A relevant undergraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience in project management in a digital technology research field; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training
- Highly developed project management and process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate and apply technology to administration, including process automation, reporting and data manipulation functions
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high performing teams including the ability to undertake task, performance and development planning and review and support teams through change
- Demonstrated ability to identify project opportunities through interactions with a range of prospective stakeholders including industry and government
- Industry experience in pharmacy practices and applications (Desirable).
