About the Role:

The Senior Support Services Officer will work with the Support Services Team Leader to refine and ensure a high level of mental health administration is provided across all programs.  

The Senior Support Services Officer will be responsible for coordination and supervision of all processing and related administration of referrals, and provide confidential, friendly and proficient front desk administrative support. 

Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment. 

  • Experience in the delivery of a proficient Administration and Front Desk service and in dealing with sensitive and demanding public enquiries by telephone and face to face. 

  • Experience in providing effective client/customer contact and professional, courteous service provision. 

  • Experience in supervising others (desired) 
     

Qualification and Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases. 

  • Certificate level in Business Administration or similar, desirable but not essential. 

  • Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
