About the role
The Senior Support Services Officer is accountable to the Team Leader Support Services and works within a multidisciplinary team-based rehabilitation care environment supporting clinicians and direct client service to patients.
- Contributing to an effective and responsive service to patient care;
- Contributing to the provision of an effective service to the campus; and
- Other activities as required to support the successful delivery of quality services within a rehabilitative care environment.
- Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with people from all walks of life
- Can work under pressure and effectively to deadlines, in a team and independently
- Has customer service knowledge and experience
- Is empathetic, resilient and sensitive when it comes to difficult or confidential matters
Completed Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Disability
