- Full-time permanent position working across a 7 day, 24 hour rotating roster
- This position is a Reliever position, applicants must be willing to work all shifts including days, afternoons and nights as business needs require.

About the Role
The Reliever Senior Support Service Officer is accountable to the Team Leader Support Services and works within a multidisciplinary team-based rehabilitation care environment supporting clinicians and direct client service to patients.
We are seeking someone who:
- Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with people from all walks of life
- Can work under pressure and effectively to deadlines, in a team and independently
- Has customer service knowledge and experience
- Is empathetic, resilient and sensitive when it comes to difficult or confidential matters
- Demonstrates leadership and decision-making skills
- Has experience in a health care setting, rehabilitation and holds a Certificate III in Health Support Services (or equivalent)
The Reliever Senior Support Service Officer is required to backfill team members for, but not restricted to, annual leave, long service leave and sick leave as required over 24 hours 7 days.
