Your opportunity
Our Application Management Team are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator (Automation) to join us in supporting councils corporate management systems.
You will be responsible for the ongoing and effective use of Council's software applications providing technical, automation, system and user support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with software vendors, internal customers and industry peers. You will be innovative and self-driven with a focus on business process automation, improvement and continuity.

- Has previous experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting software within SaaS, Cloud, Web Based, Client Server environments and other major platforms.
- Can provide high level technical and user support to the organisation.
- Has excellent research, analysis and problem solving skills and an understanding of new and emerging information management technologies.
- Enjoys providing outstanding customer service and can effectively negotiate positive outcomes with stakeholders.

- You'll hold a relevant bachelor's degree or have significant demonstrable industry experience.
