Welcome to Group Enablement
Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We're the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data, and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins, and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts, and revolutionise the customer experience.
What you'll do?
In this role you'll perform analysis of business requirements in order to prepare functional and high level system design specifications for development within the fulfill domain. Liaise with the various development teams, both internal and external to Woolworths, to ensure that all developments are designed in accordance with the Functional Specification. You'll prepare test plans, test cases and test scripts and execute the testing for the solutions within the fulfill domain. In addition, you'll Provide application support to other support teams.
Analysis of business requirements
Development of functional specifications, development/review of design specifications and review detailed design documents
Develop & maintain test plans, test cases & test scripts and execution of test scripts
Provide application support
Provide training for support teams and user groups
Provide technical solutions/solution design
Plan project deliverables and improvements for Systems Analyst under your guidance
What you'll bring?
- Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in a similar sized environment
- HR system experience desirable, preferably with talent and learning applications
- Experience in Retail desirable
- System Analysis in multiple applications
- Working with diverse Business stakeholders to influence solutions
