Job Profile
Reporting to the Integration and Systems Support Manager, the Senior Systems Data analyst ensures the provision of data and data integration both to and from business systems. The role contributes to maintaining the integration between the Grant Management System (GMS) and SAP, as well as sourcing and transforming data needed for future SAP integration while ensuring the highest quality and integrity of data consumed. This position also supports the transport management and SAP Basis activities across the Lotterywest SAP landscape.
As the Senior systems Data Analyst, you will work within the Business systems team utilising your experience in data investigation, data transformation and data management to ensure ongoing development, availability, and currency of the Lotterywest SAP environment.
The role has the following key focus areas:
- Data sourcing - Gathering, processing, and collating data requirements from business stakeholders. The ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document processes and integrate data needs from various sources and develop transformations that support business objectives
- SAP Basis Support – Supporting users of SAP ERP and other business systems by performing ongoing SAP Basis activities and transport management. Ensuring ongoing operation and relevance of the SAP system landscape by conducting maintenance tasks as required
- Data management - Contributing to the design, implementation and maintenance of data platforms, including data warehousing, data storage, data pipelines and ETL/ELT concepts support the delivery of robust complex data management solutions in an innovative, efficient and effective manner
- Customer Service –maintains productive partnerships with key business stakeholders and business critical service providers ensuring communication is clear, concise and articulated in a manner tailored for the audience
