Position Overview:

This role is perfect for someone who wants to specialize in delivering solutions to the mid-market space (20-300 seats). Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be based at their Perth office, providing outstanding support and building strong client relationships.

- Experience working with AD, Exchange, and M365.
- Experience with MS Defender, Sentinel, and MS Teams Calling.
- Deep understanding of BDR tools.
- Experience deploying and managing infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage, N-Able toolset, and AvePoint.
- Strong knowledge of Azure and Entra ID.
- Experience delivering migrations (On-Prem and Cloud).
- Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., ConnectWise).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Relevant certifications (nice to have): MD-102, MS-102, SC-900.
