You'll have operational oversight of the Corporate Systems applications and platforms with a primary focus on the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, in particular, collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. As a secondary focus you will you be providing expertise across ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, Slack and other Corporate systems.

What you'll do

  • Deliver business process improvements for our internal customers using Power platforms including other low-code/no-code tools.
  • Design, build and implement solutions in Power Platforms and other relevant automation and AI technologies.
  • Design and development of components for re-use in Power Platform environments.
  • Proactively plan and design ongoing integration and interoperability needs of Power Platforms, Microsoft 365, automation, and AI tools with other platforms such as
  • ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and Slack within the TLC landscape.
  • Foster positive relationships among stakeholders, partners, and Technology team to deliver business value.
  • Communicate and educate stakeholders on the capabilities and limitations, risks, and suitable applications of Power Platform, automation, and AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to establish robust governance, patterns, and best practices.

What you'll bring

  • Experience and proficiency in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI technologies with hands-on experience.
  • Skilled in designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions using Power Platform using both canvas and model driven apps and other low-no-code tool sets.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 - Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents), SharePoint, Teams, Viva, CoPilot
  • Experience developing using the SharePoint Development Framework and SharePoint admin experience.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, Atlassian Suite and Slack.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications highly desirable
