Position Summary
Senior Systems Support Engineer
Gippsland Health Alliance are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Support Engineer on a full time ongoing basis.
You’ll be working within a fast paced and dynamic team to deliver innovative enterprise grade solutions and support to our member health services, and love the difference you can make every day you come to work.
You may already have experience in a similar role or could be looking for the next step in your career – either way you’ll be well supported through a collaborative team and a range of staff well-being activities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience designing solutions, implementing, and working with
Azure/Microsoft 365
Microsoft Teams
Sharepoint
OneDrive
Other cloud collaboration services
Significant experience in support Microsoft platforms
Good knowledge of cyber security concepts and how they apply to on-premise and cloud-based systems
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Selection Criteria Essential: Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
Essential: Extensive experience in the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft cloud services (MS Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, AAD Connect, ADFS, MFA, Conditional Access)
Essential: Extensive Windows Service administration and support
Essential: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop and cloud solutions, and their interoperability with the MS cloud ecosystem
