Our client is a global organisation embarking on the transformation and centralisation of its existing Supply Chain.
Job Description
This unique role plays a key part in Demand and Supply Planning with a focus on category performance to ensure forecast accuracy and stock availability. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to improve supplier DIFOT performance. Part of the responsibilities include:
Manage the efficient flow of correspondence and information with internal and external parties regarding stock availability;
Proactive engagement with suppliers to improve agreed KPIs;
Identify opportunities for improved supply chain performance;
Monitor supplier forecasts accuracy;
Support the product Phase-In and Phase-Out strategies in line with the business strategy;
Communicate supply impact to the wider business and develop an improvement plan;
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for professionals with experience as:
Demand Planner, preferably within FMCG or Retail industries
Analytical skills to generate reports and advice on improvements for your category
Experience dealing with multiple suppliers
