Job description 1
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on one of our prestigious, well known financial services RPO's, based in Sydney. You will be responsible for permanent recruitment across your portfolios, working in partnership with stakeholders to attract and hire the best talent for their business. Thought leadership, insights and advice, and driving operational delivery will be key elements of the role.
About the role
You will be responsible for the success of the recruitment team through understanding the client's business strategy and delivering relevant insights, EVP, and timely targeted campaigns that attract high quality candidates, with the relevant skills required by the client. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and talent gaps, bringing innovative sourcing strategies to deliver on future requirements. You will oversee enterprise initiatives in addition to your portfolio with a focus on DEI targets and customer satisfaction to name a few.
This role will see you manage operations, strategy, and innovation, as you highlight your expertise in providing value-add solutions and delivering best practice recruitment. You will lead and grow an effective team with a strong focus on building partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities for growth and development - both for your team and the client.
About you
You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Manager that has led technology recruitment teams within corporate, fast-paced, dynamic organisations. You will be a natural leader, with the ability to work agile and develop strategies for growth and performance. You will have a thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle, with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Your enthusiasm for driving innovation, resilience, and ability to build strong partnerships both internally and with the client will set you up to succeed in this critical role.
You will be a mentor and role model to your team, being an approachable leader, supporting team growth and development as you deliver a superior candidate and client experience.
You will have:
  • Substantial experience within Talent Acquisition, within a client facing role that has regular interaction with senior stakeholders; with the ability to influence decision making at a senior level
  • Experience with technology recruitment, ideally within financial services
  • Market knowledge and experience implementing innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the best talent
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage service contracts, financials, resource management and all whilst delivering the required SLA's and KPI's
  • Project Management experience; design, and implementation of recruitment campaigns and projects
  • Confident data led communicator who is experienced with recruiting metrics, reporting standards, and interpreting data to generate insights
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment managing parallel priorities
This role is based in Sydney CBD and offers a hybrid working environment with 2-3 days in the office and the flexibility to work remotely.
