HR Partners are so pleased to be partnering with a superb financial services organisation who are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team.THIS ROLE● You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across our clients organisation.
● You will effectively attract and source top talent predominantly from the banking sector.
● This interesting and varied role will allow you to work with hiring managers and key stakeholders, and will involve you in enabling the business to achieve its key strategic objectives.
● Implement and optimise effective internal recruitment systems, drawing on industry
knowledge and previous experience
● Investigate and implement programs to support inclusive and diverse candidate
opportunities
● Build and maintain relationships with external assessment and technology providers
Deliver
● Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and
develop proactive recruitment plans
● Actively manage the whole recruitment life cycle including overseeing position
descriptions, drafting briefs and adverts, stakeholder management, shortlisting, phone
screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding
● Champion and monitor initiatives to support diversity initiatives in the recruitment
process and within the organisation
● Implement and enhance recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency, develop
hiring manager capabilities and create a great candidate experience
● Utilise innovative sourcing techniques and channels and enhance technology platforms
to attract passive and active candidatesABOUT YOU● Internal recruitment experience within Banking/Financial Services or relevant industries.
● Relevant work experience, managing the entire recruitment life cycle including excellent
interviewing, negotiation and communication skills.
● Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of strategic sourcing strategies including
direct sourcing, selection techniques and diversity recruiting
● Proven success working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to execute a
high-touch, efficient hiring process
● A good understanding of technology solutions within the TA environment, including
