Opportunities are plenty for those ready to accept the challenge.This opportunityAs Senior Transformation Manager for the Consumer Division, you will be responsible supporting the strategic direction, planning, KPI management and successful delivery of a multi-year transformation program aimed at simplifying the consumer business, improving customer experience and driving Consumer revenue, margin, acquisition, retention and growth. The role reports to the Head of Transformation works closely with senior stakeholders across Products, Customer Lifecycle Management, Brand, Digital, Operations and the central Spring office, IT and Finance, to define and deliver the overall consumer transformation.Responsibilities
- Support definition of the vision and strategic direction of the 3-5 year consumer transformation, aligned to the Consumer growth and simplification strategy, and integrated into the IT transformation programs.
- Frame and define key strategic choices arising through the transformation. Lead analysis and recommendations for key choices
- Define and regularly review the Key Performance Indicators for the transformation across all business units (including value/customer growth and loss, customer experience, simplification objectives, delivery milestones)
- Track and manage KPI performance, implementing measures to address any performance gaps
- Alignment of transformation priorities with overall Consumer and company priorities (via Spring office)
- Own overall value at risk model and ongoing adjustments to the overall model, working closely with products and migration team. Input value at risk into budget process. Track and manage performance at value at risk envelope
- Strategic thinking, manage complex, cross functional problem solving.
- Consultancy or first-hand transformation experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage trade-offs that balance customer and commercial outcomes.
