In this role you will be responsible for assisting with responding to client referrals and assisting with converting the referrals to Claro clients. The Senior Transitional Support Worker will leverage their extensive disability sector knowledge and experience to offer short term support to new Claro clients in need of urgent support.The Senior Transitional Support Worker will work with a range of clients with various support requirements across your allocated region.
