In anticipation of upcoming projects, a growing pipeline, and company expansion, our client is actively seeking a Senior Urban Designer to contribute innovative ideas and solutions. 

As a member of the Urban Design team, your role will involve, providing expertise for projects, including master plans, urban design, planning proposals, and precinct structure plans. Responsibilities span research, development, and formulation of plans, strategies, guidelines, and policies. You'll manage document flow, generate CAD throughout project phases, analyse and prepare various projects and reports, and liaise with external consultants and clients for coordination across complex urban design projects from inception to completion.

In the role as a Senior Urban Designer, we will require you to have the following skills:

• 8-10+ years of industry experience
• A Tertiary qualification in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape or Planning.
• Current experience as a Senior Urban Designer in Australia
• Full working rights including a permanent residency or Australian citizenship
• A proficiency in 3D Modeling
• Open to collaborating across disciplines
• Strong communication both verbally and written, paired with a display of creativity.

Please note, all applicants must have full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship is essential) paired with current local experience.
