The Group CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management) Program is implementing a group-wide strategic capability to consistently onboard, maintain and offboard CBA customers across the Group. This is multi-year program spanning five business units and two customer channels.
Working closely with our Business Design function and delivery teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of value to our business and customers. Key responsibilities of the UXD Designer will include:
- Planning and managing the UX activities Planning and managing UX activity within project timelines and budget on small to medium features.
- Creating customer journeys, IA and flows to visualise the experience for customers and our staff.
- Creating and validating divergent ideas to explore solution options, and converging on a subset of concepts that best solve for the identified problem space, facilitating workshops as required with relevant stakeholders.
- Creating and validating detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes of large features, to visualise the UI and interaction model for stakeholders and developers and creating patterns to be included in the design system.
- Coordinating with Channel UX and Design functions, ensuring alignment of the Group CLM program to the enterprise.
- Supporting the execution of research activities through creation of research objectives and preparation of relevant inputs and materials.
Your skills and experience
You are an engaging communicator and facilitator who excels at design execution. You are able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels to discover and deliver valuable business and customer outcomes.
Your skills:
- Strong human-centred design at all levels of detail: from the big picture to the nuts and bolts
- Strong interaction design for variety of technologies incl. responsive web
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Strong ability to collaborate with copywriters, researchers, UI designers, engineers & PO to deliver detailed solution designs
- Prototyping from free-hand sketching to realistic interactive concepts
- Ability to apply design methods in Agile and/or Lean project context
- Commercial acumen
- Ability to design for business outcomes like conversion or retention and articulate design decisions and measure outcomes
- Good planning and time management skills
